H.E. Stella Ronner Grubačić, Dutch Ambassador to Croatia


Stella Ronner Grubačić serves as Head of Mission at the
Netherlands Embassy in Zagreb. Prior to this position she
was UN Ambassador for Millennium Development Goals.
From 2005 to 2008 she served as Head of the Western
Europe Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. From
2004 to 2005 Ms Ronner Grubačić served as Spokesperson
of the EU Presidency. From 2003 to 2004 she was the
Spokesperson to Former Minister De Hoop Scheffer, OSCE
Chairman in Office. From 2001 to 2003 she served as
Spokesperson for the OSCE Mission to the Federal Republic
of Yugoslavia. The early beginnings of her diplomatic career
were in Belgrade, where she served as the First Secretary of
Political and Press Affairs at the Dutch Embassy.
Ms Ronner Grubačić holds a Master degree from the Faculty
of European Studies, University of Amsterdam. She also
completed postgraduate studies in International Relations
at the Clingendael Institute in The Hague and the Ecole
Nationale d’Administration (ENA) in Paris.
