Ms. Shqipe Pantina is a Member of the Kosovo Parliament and she sits on the Committee for Public Services, Local Administration and Media.
Pantina is a political activist of Levizja Vetevendosje (The Self Determination Movement). Prior to joining politics she was a civil society activist. She was the founder and Executive Director of the Center for Policies and Advocacy and board member of the NGO Network “Democracy in Action”. She also served as a political analyst for several national media outlets including the public television of Kosovo. She worked on several USAID and EU funded projects mainly aimed at civil society development and monitoring of elections. Pantina has a Master’s degree in European Studies from Graz University and a BA in Political Science and Public Administration from the University of Pristina.
